An "Impression" means that a viewer has been exposed to Your website which may include any combination of Your website name, selected keywords, insignia, banner, or button together with a hyperlink to Your website.
A "Click-Through" means that the viewer has successfully linked to Your designated website.
4.01 - Marketing Services Fees
Fees applicable to the Marketing Services will be automatically charged to Your account in accordance with “This Web Site”.
“This Web Site” may alter its fees, but will provide notice via email. “this Web Site” will automatically bill Your credit card for applicable monthly fees until You cancel the Marketing Services via the administrative module or such other method as “this Web Site” may make available. All payments for the Marketing Services are non-refundable and may not be credited back.
4.02 - Rights and Licenses; Covenants
